From the time I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to be a designer. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for colors. As a child, I loved playing with markers and crayons. As a graphic designer, I combined colored papers and textures. A few years into my graphic designer career, I opened my first independent business and began selling my designs to specialty shops around Israel.
Upon moving to the United States, I was introduced to the amazing world of glass beads and immediately I knew that I had discovered my life’s next great passion.
With the help of the right atmosphere, the warmth of the flame, and a little bit of magic, I create unique beads, each with its own personality and story.
It gives me great satisfaction to create glass beads and handcraft them into beautiful, contemporary jewelry. I shape every bead by hand using fine Italian Moretti glass. The bold glass colors combined with the vision I receive from my customers, inspires me to create beads that are both personal and custom made.
Once the beads are complete, I anneal them in a kiln at a temperature of 960 Fahrenheit. This unique process allows me to ensure quality, durability and lasting beauty.
Upon my return to Israel several years ago, I opened my new studio from where I maintain my close relationship with my overseas customers.
